Customer Service—Your complete satisfaction with our products and
service is our primary goal. If at any time you are dissatisfied with anything,
please call or email Joe Douglas immediately.
Prices—Prices in this catalog are determined by
Black Dog Tackle, Orofino, Idaho. Price changes, should they be required, will
be communicated to buyers prior to accepting orders.
Sales Tax—All sales to Idaho residents are
subject to Idaho Sales Tax of 6%.
Payment Terms—All orders will be shipped
prepaid the day after payment is received. Since shipping charges vary so
drastically with our products, your online order will not be processed
immediately. You will receive an email invoice for the total purchase, including
shipping.
Checks and Money Orders - Personal checks and
money orders are accepted. A 10 day waiting period is required for personal
checks to clear the bank and your order will ship 10 days after the check is
deposited. Repeat retail customers may establish accounts with Net 30 days
payment
Credit Cards—Credit Card payments are
accepted through PayPal. You will receive an email invoice with your total
purchase, including shipping. You will be able to submit your credit card
payment via secure server and your order will be shipped when payment is
received.
Excise Tax—All prices include any applicable
Federal Excise Tax, which is paid by seller.
Shipping—All orders will be shipped via UPS or
USPS ground service unless some other mode/carrier is requested by the customer.
USPS Priority Mail service is an option for rush orders. All shipping costs for
orders will be charged to the customer, including any associated with oversize
shipments, additional handling, other shipping services or shipments to
destinations outside of the continental U.S.
Past Due Accounts—We reserve the right to
convert any account which is 30 days or more past due to prepaid ONLY. In
addition, no new orders may be placed on accounts which are 30 days or more past
due unless the entire account total (including past due and any service charges)
is paid in full. A 2% per month service charge will be applied to all past due
accounts.
Returned Checks—A $50 charge will be
applied to any account for which a NSF check is returned and the associated
account will be changed to a prepaid money order or Cash Only account.
Returns—All returned merchandize must be
received by Black Dog Tackle in the same condition as shipped by us, and no
later than 30 calendar days from the date of our invoice. Black Dog Tackle
either will credit the purchase price of each returned item to your account or
replace the item, whichever you choose. If the merchandise is returned due to
failure or our mistake, Black Dog Tackle will reimburse you for return shipping
costs.
Product Changes—Product changes, should they be
required, will be communicated to buyers prior to accepting orders.
Special Packaging—Most products can be
packaged to meet your needs for multiple items. Please ask about special
packaging options and package costs.
